160m Vertical Maintenance (Again)

The club has started maintenance on the 160m 1/4 wave antenna after a resent repair (see previous post). This antenna was repaired recently where a spell of bad weather had destroyed the repair.The, almost full sized 1/4 wave vertical, constructed from NATO military masts, was lowered (not an easy task in itself) and feeder to the antenna has been replaced. More picture’s to come as maintenance is progressed.
